Artichoke Dish Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1 medium-sized onion
- 1 potato
- 1 large carrot
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 8 trimmed artichokes
- Juice of 2 freshly squeezed lemons
- 1 cup water
- 1 teaspoon powdered sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- For serving:
- 1/4 bunch of dill
